Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the orthodontist with treatment
- Taking x-rays and impressions
- Taking and managing patient records
- Educating the patients about oral health, serving as a key communications link between the patient and the doctor
- Preparing the teeth for the placement of orthodontic brackets and band
- Changing out wires and brackets
- Adjusting the fit of clear aligners/retainers
- Taking impressions
Requirements include:
- Orthodontic experience, minimum of 2 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to travel between our Augusta, North Augusta and Aiken locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Sound knowledge of various orthodontic procedures and practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail
- Willing to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

We are looking for a Full-time Sterilization Technician
Responsibilities include:
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and prepare all orthodontic surfaces, instruments, and equipment
- Maintain inventory of sterilizers and other equipment used for sterilization processes
- Communicate with the orthodontist and clinicians
- Perform sterilization tasks such as autoclave sterilization and dry sterilization
- Prepare sterilization equipment for use by maintaining sterilizer logs and maintenance schedules
- Determine whether sterilization equipment is working properly by performing routine maintenance checks
- Prepare sterilization solutions such as chemical solutions used in autoclaves
- Sterilize dental instruments using various methods such as immersion, exposure to radiation, or dry heat sterilization
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to travel between our Augusta, North Augusta and Aiken locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional attention-to-detail

- Previous sterilization technician, dental or orthodontic experience is a plus
