Smile Flex Plan

This program is designed for patients who need minor corrections — especially returning patients whose teeth have shifted after previous treatment. All patients must complete a free consultation so your orthodontist can confirm your case is appropriate for this program.
The Smile Flex Plan uses clear aligners shipped to your home each month — no office visits required. The Braces Flex Plan uses traditional braces, with a monthly in-office adjustment appointment scheduled after each payment. Both cost $250/month after the first month.
If your automatic payment fails, your next aligner shipment (or braces adjustment appointment) will be held until payment is resolved. You have 7 days to update your billing information and complete the payment. If not resolved within 7 days, your case may be placed on hold.
Yes — you can stop treatment at any time once you're satisfied with your results. To cancel, notify us before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after a billing date has processed will take effect the following month.
Your enrollment covers up to 5 years from sign-up. After that period, if you wish to continue or restart treatment, a new enrollment is required — including a new setup fee and a fresh scan to assess your current tooth position.
Retainers are not included in either plan, but are strongly recommended to maintain your results. Without a retainer, teeth may shift back over time. Retainers are available at a reduced price on our Forever Aligned Club website at the conclusion of your treatment.
